このオンライン予約には、追加料金は、かかりません。
ツアー料金には、ガイドサービスのみが含まれます。寺院の入場料、公共交通機関やタクシー代、飲食代、その他諸々の費用は、ツアー代金に含まれておりませんので、ツアー当日に各ゲストが個別にお支払い頂く必要があります。
キャンセルポリシー
全てのキャンセルは brad@buddhabambooandzen.com までメールにてお願いいたします。
ツアー15日前まで＝全額返金（取引手数料は、差し引きます）
ツアー7～14日前まで＝80％返金（取引手数料は、差し引きます）
ツアー2～6日前まで＝50％返金（取引手数料は、差し引きます）
ツアー出発24時間以内、ツアー当日、また当日お越しにならない場合＝全額返金ありません。
日程の変更
出来るだけ日程変更のリクエスウトに対応出来るよう努めます。ただし、他のお客様の予約の状況によっては、リクエストに応じることが出来ないことをご承知おきください。また変更が遅れた場合は、保証されないのでご注意ください。
2024年1月現在、ツアーは、水曜日、木曜日、土曜日、日曜日に催行されています。
日程変更のリクエストに応じられない場合には、上記のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
また、ツアーの2～14日前までにキャンセルした場合は、一部返金の代わりにフューチャートラベルクレジットを選択することが出来ます。フューチャートラベルクレジットを選択されると、元の予約日から１年間（365日）有効となり、期間内に未使用の場合は、返金不可となります。このフューチャートラベルクレジットは、譲渡可能なので、キャンセル後１年以内であれば、ご家族、ご友人など日本を訪れる方に譲渡することが出来ます。

Terms & Conditions
Upon receipt of full payment of the tour fee, guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please carefully read them.
1. Private tours with a local non-certified guide.
Guests understand that I am not a registered travel agency or certified guide. I’m a local citizen acting as a non-certified guide in my local area and nearby surrounds, based on the legal revisions made by the Japanese government in 2018. My tours are not fixed itineraries, but recommended courses based on my own experience. I am flexible, work with and am guided by my guests, based on their needs and requests.
2. Health & safety.
While we will do our best to ensure your safety, guests are ultimately responsible for their own health and safety.
Japan is highly susceptible to earthquakes and typhoons. We strongly urge all guests to familiar themselves with local emergency procedures - including evacuation in the event of a natural disaster. Please refer to the safety tips outlined on the Japanese National Tourism Agency website using the following URL:

In the event of a major earthquake and tsunami warning, it is critical to promptly evacuate to higher ground (more than 30m above sea level is preferable) or tsunami shelters. Look out for the sign shown at the bottom of this page.
3. Travel insurance.
It is strongly recommended that you obtain travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents & treatments while in Japan. It is also important to understand that most (if not all) Japanese hospitals and medical clinics require full cash payments upfront for any consultations/treatments. Once you return to your home country, you will need to seek reimbursement for any medical expenses from your travel insurance provider.
4. Release and waiver of liability.
We require a signed release of liability waiver from all tour participants (or legal guardians in the case of children) prior to the commencement of any tour. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in cancellation.
We shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages incurred on any of our tours. Guests are responsible for ALL incurred expenses related to any accidents, medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc. on all of the tours. These expenses are not only limited to medical costs, but also personal property.
When purchasing a tour, guests understand that outdoor activities such as hiking and walking the streets involve inherent risks such as slipping on rocks or wet/uneven pavement, potential loss of personal property, accidents involving motor vehicles, random incidents involving third parties, or medical emergencies related to one’s own health circumstances. These risks (and any other risks) are undertaken at the guest’s own risk and are not the responsibility of Buddha, Bamboo and Zen.
Furthermore, each guest (at the point of purchase) states that they are fit, healthy and capable of the tour activities. Buddha, Bamboo & Zen reserves the right to decline or disqualify from any tour - any person whose physical health or conduct has the potential to impede the tour’s operation. A refund will not be provided under such circumstances.
5. Weather.
All tours are dependent on weather. In the case of severe thunderstorms or other weather-related travel advisories, tours may need to be suddenly cancelled. In the event that Buddha, Bamboo & Zen initiates a sudden tour cancellation for weather or other safety reasons (and in the event that alternative arrangements cannot be made) a full refund will be provided.
6. Updates/Alterations.
The above Terms and Conditions may be updated or altered at any time.
